Cyclamens are such a favourite of mine particularly during the winter in the Uk. They brighten any window sill and remind me of my mothers house.
A nostalgic and simple painting which has a delicate and soft palette with warm undertones.
Wrapped Cyclamen is painted in oil on a cradled wooden board which is 3cm in depth it has no fixings on the back but will rest on two screws and be flush to the wall. It has a gloss varnish finish which gives in a deep depth of rich colour which also seals and protects the painting from UV light.
